All deedholders must be present
Spouse, significant other, life partner, cohabitating couples must attend together
No children allowed; both parents must attend entire presentation
Must be gainfully employed for the past 12 months or fully retired
Must attend 90-minute resort preview
Must not have attended a CAY presentation within last 12 months
Must be current on all CAY dues and fees
Cannot be in the foreclosure or resale process
Cannot have an active bankruptcy case; must be discharged
Room taxes are collected at check-in and vary from state to state
