Terms and Conditions / Qualifications

You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, and the refund amount will be the purchase price of the vacation package less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received.  If you are a resident of the state of Florida you will have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to cancel and receive a refund of your vacation package.

By submitting this form I consent to receive telemarketing calls from an automated telephone dialing system, pre-recorded messages and/or text messages on behalf of Plymouth Rock Travel Partners, LLC and/or its affiliates at the above cellular/landline telephone I have provided above, regardless of this number being place on any Do Not Call registry.

                                                          Terms and Conditions

Failure to meet below listed qualifications, or not attending, will result in the credit card on file being charged full retail price up to $350 for each night you have reserved. 

  • All deedholders must be present

  • Can not be used in conjunction with regularly scheduled week

  • Spouse, significant other, life partner, cohabitating couples must attend together

  • No children allowed; both parents must attend entire presentation

  • Must be gainfully employed or retired with a combined income of 50,000 or greater

  • Must attend 90-minute resort preview

  • Must not have attended a CAY presentation within last 12 months

  • Must be current on all CAY dues and fees

  • Cannot be in the foreclosure or resale process

  • Cannot have an active bankruptcy case; must be discharged

  • Resort requires credit card at check-in for all rooms

  • Failure to attend or NQ penalty --- current rack rate charged for any night stayed.

  • Room taxes are collected at check-in and vary from state to state
